I can tell you, i have the most fun in building monster traps. Seeing what elaborat and most effective designs i can come up with. Cow and pig cannons are fun too. especially when you learn how to litterally load the cannon like a gun, pull a switch you created to drop the next piece of ammo and using redstone switchees to set off the catalyst.....Damn I love minecraft =)

Well Tomz, the real appeal in Minecraft is the Multiplayer servers and Mods. There are several Mods that actually allow for some light role play, NPS quest givers, epic monsters and an econmy system for people to sell the better blocks they have found. Survival servers can be fun, its like, playing legoes with 256 other people, but theres enemies, and you dont start with the best legos, and you can tame wolves, and throw lava at people....And build cannons, hell some people have figured out how to make working calculators with redstone and other various features in minecraft. the game is so incredibly basic on the surface, but addicting as crack when it comes to community play.

I never understood the appeal of minecraft. Sure you can build things, but then what? Post it on youtube for other minecrafters to fawn over? At least with lego you can actually use something once you build it.

So if I combine a grenade launcher, a shield, another type of grenade launcher, a jackhammer type thingy, a bat, an axe, a wrist watch and a pocket watch...I get a sword. I think I'd just stick with the grenade launcher I had in the first place.
