I agree with slidinrides I just cant beleave it works that good, and what kind of surface did the test this on?

It uses a paper "belt" the goes around the metal blade but doesn't move, in the same way tank treads don`t "move" when they`re touching the ground. The paper tread just sort of rolls underneath the ketchup while the blade actually lifts it up.
