I noticed the reflection on the TV. And though it is possible to take over a television that is tuned to a broadcast station, I believe the multi-TV setup and the big screen are 'shopped for sure since you can`t get past the fact those are hardwired. Which leads me to believe it`s a viral ad/hoax.
Though a small TV transmitter is possible, I`m thinking it`s a pre-recorded video tape for the television (cheaper and faster), post-production work on the larger screens. Overlaying grainy video on stationary, flat surfaces isn`t all that hard if you take the time.

This is complete bullpoo...this was done in some video editing software using the generic "glitch" look. I have seen that video filter too many times to be fooled, and it's overused...

Oh, and did I mention the video output of the iPhone is on the bottom...only audio (The headphone jack) is on the top
