the guy was saying racist things while he was assaulting the guy, that different than the assault being racially motivated. To legally charge it was a hate crime you would have to prove the motivation was based on race and that is much more difficult to prove, especially when the intent was more financially based...

It is very likely the guy getting assaulted was selling coke or meth in the club... in which case what happened is an occupational hazard. If it was indeed a shakedown and they guy had stolen 300.00 I am pretty sure the guy would have at least tried to file charges on the bouncer for theft and assault.

@ zombunny i am not saying making a racial comment is illegal it is being an ass hole but not illegal what i am saying is in this video his actions and comments should be considered a hate crime. after all if i were beating up a man of a different race and make it known that i will not stop until he called me his "white god" you know damn good and well i would be charged with a hate crime but then again thats the downside to the majority minority

Not referring to this video at all just wanting to say that just because the victim is of a different race, does not mean that the person assaulting the victim is doing it for that reason. Maybe that person is just a douche. Race aside.
