MattPrince Male, 40-49, Europe 2221 Posts	Monday, March 7, 2011 10:12:07 AM Can't say JD is my favourite Bourbon, in fact it put me off American whiskey till Makers Mark and Buffalo Trace tempted me back, however I haven`t tried it recently, nor any of the "special" versions, so I`ll reserve judgement. Mill8178 - what rubbish! You know that hangover is caused by the ALCOHOL right? Don`t tell me you remove that on a home still? Also I`d be surprised if your average home hooch is better than Georgia Moon - let alone JD, Glenheadache, Sazerac Rye etc. If it is... why aren`t you marketing it commercially?

There's a loophole where you can buy a collector`s edition bottle (which has whiskey in it) as a souvenir. Some of the bottles have a different blend of JD in them to commemorate it winning different awards. And the used barrels can also be bought in Lynchburg. One of the stores makes tables, bars, etc from them. Too bad Lynchburg is in the middle of nowhere and not a whole lot of people travel there.
