i fully understand prosecuting him for leaking information, but how does wikileaks count as 'the enemy?` or was that referring to the unarmed Iraqis the military was apparently intending on attacking?

And I wouldn`t classify the naked stuff at Abu Grade as "torture". Wrongheaded, sure. Stupid, yes.
