"Ive never seen House, but I think now its time to start."
I love House. Great show. The format of the show may get old by the end of the first season. It does repeat itself.
-Person is sick and may/may not know. -House sees a problem bigger than the person thinks and recommends something dangerous... -Sends team to break and enter the patients house. -Does dangerous thing and it works for 2 minutes, then the condition worsens. -Gets team to perform a 2nd B&E... -Talk to Wilson, sees butterflies... -Solve the case.
Regardless, the way it is all done is very interesting and fun to watch, very witty and probably the most convincing American accent I have ever heard.

It's well worth watching. Dr House is a great character. A misanthropic borderline sociopath makes for an odd doctor and an interesting TV program. You don`t expect statements like "I don`t ask why patients lie, I just assume they all do." from a doctor.
The rest of the characters are great, too. The medicine is generally not too bad, though there are lots of things wrong with it to fit it into a TV program (e.g. the central characters do pretty much everything, whereas in reality hospitals tend to have specialised staff for different things).
It`s better if you watch from the beginning. There`s character development which you`ll miss if you skip all the previous episodes.
