@tedgp: Not photoshopped. I just have no life.
1) Max out in shop.
2) Have to hit jawbreaker on launch
3) Land on rocket after launch (pause and restart until you do)
4) Get max speed as quickly as possible
5) Maintain max speed through all three stages. If you hit a cop of the ground, restart.

If you get top speed soon and maintain it throughout the stages, you will get under 1 minute easy. The trick is to regain lost speed once you break through the walls.
