actually, i have seen this done. i had a physics professor in college that did this in front of us all. it was pretty sweet, we thought he was trying to troll us, and on the fifth try he got it.

i already know how to suspend water: i simply lower it's temperature to <32 F (or 0 C for you euro`s), and *poof* it holds it`s shape!

The spin force makes the molecules escape away from the center of the cup. It is phisically imposible to do that.
So I can only assume that the video has been compromised. :))))))))
