This was Larry Silvestein's plan all along... Destroying the old and obsolete towers and rebuild new and improved. And it also could resolve another problem, give the world the impression that terrorists did it so the Gov could take our freedoms away and get some oil from the middle east. It`s not a conspiracy, it`s obvious!

Pretty hard for a judge to charge someone when they aren't there.

It happens (and I do think it's wrong), and yes my govt teachers have told me every step in criminal procedure.

Cajun247: Pretty hard for a judge to charge someone when they aren't there, haven`t been indicted, or arrested.

I don`t know how it goes in some other countries but here you have to at least get caught, arrested, and brought before a judge before any of the rest can take place. Sure people have ran and been convicted `In Absentia` but that`s only after being brought before a judge.

It`s sad that most people do not know at least the basics of legal procedure.
