Maybe it is that gravity DOES exists and is so extremely powerful over that spot that the ball seems not to bounce.

If gravity didn't exist on the tennis court wouldn`t the ball float? Is the court soft at that spot?

Gravity??? Gravity does not exist? really? so the ball doesnt bounce for lack of gravity? am i in the twilight zone here?
