First off, the actual picture is much darker and looks a lot better than this. Secondly, this is a reboot of the Spider-Man franchise (similar to what's been done with Batman) and it`s gonna feature a new actor playing Peter Parker. And last but not least, Disney isn`t making this movie. Sony is. Sony holds the right to make Spider-Man films and will continue to make them until they fail to meet a required deadline or until Marvel/Disney can cough up enough money to buy back the property. Until that day comes, Marvel/Disney has nothing to do with the Spider-Man films. For now, the only films that Marvel makes directly are the films that have Avengers in them (Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and Hulk) and any new films that feature brand new characters in them. (Example: The Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Heroes for Hire, ect.)
Basically, you`ll know if Marvel is making the film based on whether or not there are references to other Marvel characters.
