they start so young these days. i would have given my left nut to sleep with a girl when i was 13, especially if she was an older woman. didnt lose my v card till i was 17 and not even to an older woman, its a shame really

I dont think it matters about the gender whats good for the goose is good for the gander.. I do not condone what she did at all but it was far from rape. Maybe statutory but that would be all i would think because it was his fault as much as hers because he chose to send her messages, he chose to give her his address, and he chose to have sex with her yes she did cox him and she did lie about her age but whether it was 23 or 36 he knew it was wrong, they should both be punished

Rape? Not quite. Taking advantage? Yes.
We should just have the Canadian system, or at least adopt the "Romeo and Juliet" clauses. They'd allow for the "Nice one, dude" factor and maintain extreme cases like this as illegal, while avoiding double-standards on basis of gender.

So after reading the comments with differing opinions concerning the double-standard of man-girl=rape but woman-boy=awesome I had to mention this, I lost mine when I was really young,I choose to and never regretted it even now. Either one should be able to choose, imo.
