Why doesn't Islam just do a Disney and copyright the image of the guy and then sue anyone who draws him for everything they have?
i) You can`t copyright every image of a real person, especially when it`s not known what they looked like anyway.
ii) Islam favours an iron fist tyranny approach, so where Islam has controlling power, it`s illegal and the penalty is death, usually by torture because torturing people is considered a good thing in Islam. Much better than suing them, certainly.
Personally, I think that (a) Mohammed was a real person and (b) despite being a dark ages warlord who seized power by force over the corpses of those killed by him and his followers, he`d be shocked by modern Islam.
