Canadian children are entitled to half a year more fun than their US counterparts. It's in their constitution.

Obviously it's some sort of consumer safety requirement that is different in the US than it is in Canada. But what I can`t understand is why they don`t just go with the country it is in. Is it directly on the border?

Maybe it moves - could be part of some kind of travelling funfair.
