Baal: That does not ignore your post. 1) Even if a person's school makes him aware of how sex works, it doesn`t mean he feels secure in his home society actually buying condoms. With the teaching students correct methods for addressing a flute, there is always the "You`re not supposed to be doing this but..." attached to the lesson. 2) Sexual attraction goes beyond the visual so, even people that wear burqas desire sex, are desired and will find an opportunity to grab hold of a flute.
So, "the problem" is "teens may know how to prepare but are afraid," not "fowl temptresses show too much flesh."

jo bagley = major feminist, i for one if i had a twelve or thirteen year old daughter would not want her walking around with there skirts high enough to see the lower parts of her ass cheeks which is evidently what some of them were doing, female rights or not it is putting them in danger

CodeJockey: Perhaps if the girls in your school had longer skirts you would have concentrated a little more on literacy.
Your response, to my post, ignores the information in my post.
