I believe the correct word for non-sexist equality for both men and women is egalitarianism. Moreover, feminism was prominently a reaction by equal rights activists to dispute man's alpha-position in society. That view might have been changed, but consider the initial meaning in that first zeitgeist. Also, an attack on "sexual superiority of men" might justify the term that is "feminism", no? Once again, times have changed, are still changing, whilst not enough in some cases.
