@ Stifler - I fail to see how marital status needs to be addressed in a resume. I've never heard of anyone including such a thing.

Im laughing because all the interviews Ive done recently are just like that.
Some hints: 1. recent CV/Resume. 2. Know the difference between a Curriculum Vitae and a Resume. 3. "References as necessary" is not okay. I do need references. 4. Age and marital status is important - do not neglect! 5. do not use some crappy bitmap as the watermark for your resume. See point 1. Update the damn thing. (its soooo 80's man) 6. Make it relevant. Delete the crap that doesnt help in the job you are applying for... (This is the big one) 7. As above, learn the difference between CV and Resume.
