I didn`t say there wasn`t a difference between 13 and 30. So no, it isn`t the same. By THEIR measure it`s OK. Now for the more important question of child sex. In a place where 12 is the age of concent (like Canada almost had) then is a 30 yo having sex with a 13 yo illegal? Immoral? A perversion? I PERSONALLY WOULD SAY: YES YES YES However the sad reality would be different, obviously it wouldn`t be illegal in that place. But I remind you that Canada has a law that says if one goes to another country and commit pedophilia, a Canadian faces arrest IN CANDADA which is something I wholey approve of!
