"Wasabi (the green paste) tastes somewhat like horseradish. Some people mix a little wasabi into the soy sauce; however, even though the wasabi is there on your plate, it's really considered bad manners to do this, because the sushi chef has already placed some wasabi on the rice roll. If you add more wasabi, you are essentially telling the chef that he or she did not do a good job."
I also found out that when you`re actually putting the wasabi on your sushi, it should be on the opposite side of the soy sauce (if using any). Apparently most people don`t use it [wasabi] anyway.

then there's how to eat food in nebraska, if it moves, eat it. if its big and moves, eat it before it eats you! if it is rooted to the ground, feed it to a rabbit, then eat the rabbit. when eating out, tip your bartender and waitress seperately. slip the cook a joint.
