It's just not something you`re watching for. If someone reaches for their breast you think they have an itch not "whoa bitch, drop the weapon". As far as heavy handed, from the sounds of things she is less than intelligent and respectful so I bet her drunk and disorderly was bordering on something more and they were gonna hold her overnight. I don`t think this winner needs defending, and it`s certainly not worthy of turning it into cop bashing.

At one time in this country, that never would have gone past dropping a person at home or holding them in a cell until they sobered. The very most, it may have tuned into a gang bang! Whole thing seems a little heavy-handed to me. For one, given you are supposed to be a trained self defense and submission hold expert: How close, for how long, do you have to be to a nude person for them to have time to spray and you not be able to protect your own face? This makes me suspect that she was being forcibly disrobed though, not physically but, with threats.
