It's crazy how things are getting these days. When I hang out with some of the older people at work, they refer to me as `the kid` but respectfully, since I do my work properly, when I hang out with people my own age, they refer to me as `the old guy` since I do my work properly. There are about 20 other people about 25-30 working with me, and I`m the only one who doesn`t expect everything to be given to me, I like to work, and earn it, everyone else, wants it now for little to no work. They get mad that they can`t talk on their phones all day, or text all day, or are expected to show up at around 7 am. Yes, I was once like them, but only when I was 14-17, then I learned the value of work, and how easy it was to earn more money by working harder and properly. Too bad a lot of others haven`t figured that out yet, and they get promoted above me, only to get fired for not showing up, or not knowing what to do.

Haha, StarDagger, you crack me up. "The USA has resigned as a world power because the backbone of what made the USA a world power is gone or close to gone." I would agree that the backbone has been weakened. Previously young, ambitious, and proactive members of society have deteriorated into old, bitter, self-righteous bigots who make snide remarks from behind a computer keyboard in order to redirect blame for a declining economy and unprecedented budget deficit.
