I think the main issue is that no one wants to stare at his ugly ass all day, big drating deal. give the people what they want, who gives a poo about the retard? back in the day we used to toss babies off cliffs that had defects. i say we go back to doing that.

drat everyone who thinks this kid should be a cheerleader.

Clearly hes not 'cheerleader` material. NO ONE WANTS TO STARE AT HIS UGLY MUG ALL DAY. face the facts!

thats life.

People are ridiculous. You have to try out and actually be GOOD to cheerlead. Now, if he had done that and they refused, maybe he'd have something to sue for. The problem is he is a mentally-handicapped individual who, though obviously high-functioning, can not do what is needed to be a cheerleader. I don`t think it has as much to do with his race or orientation. I do feel sorry for him, but every kid can`t expect to be able to do whatever they want because they`re "special." Some people are just better at things than others. That`s life.

He can't even drating cheer....wtf?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
he just stands there and claps! He is on the damn team so how in the hell are they discriminating? He needs to sit his ass down somewhere and find something he`s actually good at.
