I put this in my C drive and now i cant open my drive cause it crashes it whenever i try to open it. How do i delete this horrible thing? HELP!!

Your missing 2 bits, that's why it`s crashing ;)

Works fine on my Windows 7 (64 bits), now I just delete the stuff that I never use and voila a personalized control panel, sweet!
