You can be intelligent and also have good social skills too. I'm not saying that many very intelligent people don`t also have problems in social situations, but the idea of being only book smart or street smart was developed in the media.

Like my mom allways told me, be street smart rather than book sart. I know alot of mega smart kids and they have no social skills, mostly due to their parents.

Kid #1: She is not as smart as Einstein was. Not even close. Child IQ is quite different from adult IQ. It's also not hard for children at that age to pick up languages with ease, or to memorize stuff. I was reciting the entire Lion King movie as a kid. Not saying she isn`t smart, just not as smart as they are making her out to be (smartest kid evar!).
Kids 3 and 4: Good job with the music, I am envious. Fourth kid was cute.
The medical kid: Good job. Hope his plans work.
Drummer boy: Three months old? My ass. He`s two. The video theatric with the graphics and stuff got irritating, but he could become really good.

So a 2 year old memorized 35 capitols of some countries. Any adult could do that, and both her and any adult will forget it all soon. A 2 year old with an IQ of 156 just means she's smarter than other 2 year olds. It does NOT mean she`s as smart as an adult with the same IQ. She`s not drating Einstien.
