this is chinese. i know because i'm a chinese student and can read about 2/3rds of this (i`ve only been studying 2 years).

ok all you people. Kanji ORIGINATED from China. That's why they have some of the same characters/meanings! an onyomi/kunyomi way to read them, chinese/japanese. -o- it doesn`t take years of study to tell you that JPN kanji started in china... (ex. Kyou, the kanji for capitol in Tokyo, is also in Beijing)

These are Chinese, as a matter of fact, these are Simplified Chinese characters. Kanji is Chinese, too, but it doesn't include all of these characters on the sign. Just give it up.
