Noticed most of those signs state america's official language is english and everyone speak so, but actually America has no Official language. :)

I think that`s probably an inaccurate image caused by three factors;

i) Idiots make the news. 100 people with fairly reasonable slogans that are correctly spelled don`t make the news, but 1 person with the slogan "OBama is a MUSLIN born in afreeka. Keep english the oficial langauge of AMERICA!" would be all over the news.

ii) Many countries show a lot of USA news, sometimes more than their own news. So many people get to see a disproportionate amount of USA news, much of which is picked to contain an even higher percentage of idiots than USA news in general (because that sells better).

iii) There are many people in the USA, so there are many idiots to choose from.
