I have to say I agree with this "news" panel ..... I too have felt the shunning from the old school poor .....the big problem is you no longer feel part of a group ....your old friends shun you and your "new" friends mock you ..... How does one cope ? Where are all the other Nouveau Poor ? Maybe we should start a support group? If interested I will be behind the garbage bin at Bardi's on Bay street in Downtown TO on Monday nights after 11pm ...meat me there , grab a bone, and share your experiences with the group.
