Not necessarily the whole story. Swine Flu is still apart of the H1N1 seasonal flus that go around. H1N1 categorized flus have been around and most people have some sort of immunity too it. However because it is a new strain, no one has the immunity to this swine flu, and it has already been shown to be resistant to several anti-viral drugs. The danger is that the flu could evolve because it has a larger population to go around in (ie, everyone who is exposed to it will likely get it, though in varying ways show symptoms) and has a high likelihood of becoming immune to ALL of our anti-viral drugs, which would leave us with no drugs to treat flu patients. Also its shown to be very dangerous to pregnant women...and since any pregnant woman who is exposed to it can get it..its cause for concern.
