they usually use those for when someone in a movie or play is going to play a monster or wierd animal, or to keep their hair down when wearing a mask or wig.. soo...?

Also, why shouldn't it be a very light skintone?? This would be just as unnatural-looking on most white people as it would on anyone with darker skin. It`s a light color so you can add make up to it to fit your skintone, no matter what color that may be.
