Before then, the streets of those areas and many others were packed full of them. It was also pretty popular in fudgeuoka, but died out a bit faster there. As for the other prefectures, I`m not sure. But I can honestly say nobody I know has seen this look in Kanto for years. Not to say it won`t come back though...
