Perhaps this would be true if all women were correctly proportioned, like these (except perhaps for the no-neck thing...), but the fact of the matter is that today's lifestyle and diet means most women end up with all their weight on their stomach, which results in tragically unnecessary amounts of floppiness. Gross. Most people out there who actually are a size 16 look like someone has stuck an extra tummy on them that was made of play-doh by a four-year-old.
