How can you be against it (or for it), if you don`t even know what`s on the bill? But I`m still for universal health care (not saying that it`s going to be, but I think it would be nice if it was). And how can you not? I really don`t get why people are against it! Sure, I`m not as old as most of you, but I still care and have an opinion. Oh, and the media (Fox News, CNN, ect.) all suck. They only report crap news. :)

moonperyie Female, 18-29, Western US 37 Posts	Wednesday, August 19, 2009 10:58:51 PM Sigh Give it up Mrwnt and get your facts straight. 20% of Americans don't have health insurance. 80% is a number that opponents use to bolster their position against HC. Actually, 3/4th of Americans are unhappy with the costs of HC. So that figure is wrong. Most of that 80% did not use their health care for anything serious or life threatening this year. A better survey would have been one asking people who ARE CHECKING OUT of hospitals and doctor`s offices. Its so WORTH IT to risk the current system for those 5% and even more so for the actual 20% something and rising. This country is CACA compared to other European countries, so mentioning them doesn`t help your argument. People die waiting in ER`s. Thinking that they get good HC despite not being insured is just naive, wishful thinking. Please try to keep an open mind kid, you might not find a full time job straight out of college. What happens then? This was fun. :D
