So...that 4 year old just got on the bus ALL BY HIMSELF, walked into the tattoo parlor, handed a wad of cash to the tat artist and said "Gimme a Batman tattoo"? And his Momma got SUSPICIOUS when the kid started getting a lot of calls from girls at his daycare, or something?? I mean....is it just me, or might the kid's parents have had SOMETHING to do with the kid getting a tattoo?
