OMFG THAT IS SO COOL. although, firstly, they are kakashi's eyes most likely, yeah its from naruto, kakashi is the main character`s sensei. also, these arent that new, and would cost you upwards of two hundred dollars, to get proper fitting contacts, since you need to measure the breadth and depth of your cornea and have an optician carry out a thourough test to determine what size you need. this is a site that sells some of the best if not the best quality contact lenses, the naruto ones are a relatively new addition to their range.

There are a lot of people who have those. At most of the bigger cons there's always a booth in the dealer`s room that sells custom contacts with designs like the Sharingan. I think they have Cloud`s mako eyes too.
