"I remember reading in the "Fortean Times" about a weapon called "Brown Noise". Essentially a directional loudspeaker capable of such loud subsonic frequencies that the recipient "soiled himself". Wonder what came of that? Sure to make protesters waddle rapidly home from any riot"
They never actually managed to find the "brown noise", it was a theory rather than a reality...also this post has been shown before, i think.
