The guy holding them at gunpoint was totally right, I know if someone came across my land illegally I'd do more than "hold" them with a gun ! :D

If this bulls#it suit passes, there's gonna be a lot of bodies laying out in the sun on the border. No one is gonna let an illegal immigrant off their property alive and there`s a lot of places to hide a corpse on 22,000 acres.
If someone came in the back door to your house and you had to drive them out by pointing a gun at them, then they attempted to sue you for threatening them, they`d be wrong and your legal system would be officially f@cked if it sided with the trespassers.
