It's funny, sex is beautiful and incredibly valuable, but as soon as you put a price on it, no matter how high, the sex is cheap.

Am I the only one who thinks she would have at the bare minimum doubled that had she recorded and sold the "encounter"

I agree with Converse UK.
Putting a price on sex cheapens the act and makes it a commodity. This one incident may well become the defining facet of her life. I don't feel this way because of anger or shame, but for pity and loss.
When my wife and I consummated our vows we didn`t require a medical certificate or an exchange of currency of any kind, it wasn`t a negotiation. It was something I still believe to be sanctified and it`s a memory I will carry with me forever to be remembered for what it was.
A statement of something far more valuable than anything printed or purchased. Something given freely, a transcendental experience that cannot be quantified in chemical equations.
Those that fail to see it for what it is, I am sorry you have missed the opportunity to be part of something that defies explanation. If your life exists and revolves around some simple carnal motivation you are no more than the sum of your parts.
