LOL I like how the guy said he got kicked in the shoulder. Dude must be blind.
I am gonna go with not justified. It doesn't matter if the guy deserved it or not. There is a reason we have trials. Police are supposed to apprehend suspects using no more violence than is necessary.

F-em. Run from the cops and get kicked in the head. He's lucky that`s all he got. You`re right, they are the police and I expect them to be held to a higher standard, which I define for them as a citizen of my municipality. And I expect them to kick the douche in the head.

Whether or not we would have done the same is irrelevant. Cops are supposed to be able to control themselves, and not attack people who have submitted themselves peacefully to be taken into custody. The criminal will pay for his running from police and putting the public at risk in court. It's not the policeman`s job to punish the man.

hmmmm i think not justified because he was admiting defeat. cop had an adreneline rush i guess. th guy could have seriously injured someone in an accident though... i say tazer him. then he wont sustain any injuries. and sue the government and get taxpayer money.
