I just checked our newssite here and i dont believe that anything is going to happen to the reporter [he was only detained for a few minutes...the whole thing lasted an hour] and the officer is on desk duty.

@trebowski Correction: Bush did not enact the Patriot Act. That was done by a nearly unanimous, bipartisan vote on both houses of congress. And what specific right(s) did you lose by allowing law enforcement and intelligence agencies to share information with each other. I didn't lose anything, so I`m curious what you could do before that you can`t do now.
