I think crimson meant the second room. It took me a while to figure that out as well, I was stuck with the bus for about 5min.
But there is definitely only one mission. If you go to the walkthrough, there's only the walkthrough for that one assassination.

crimson, where is the second level? we all seem to be stuck on the first one. or just finished the game, which wouldm make it proper short :(
