They are also both asian, and the word MIKADO has a Japanese style to it, how in the hell did you come to the conclusion that this was not Japanese, but French?"
You are right, these are pretty popular in Japan, except for the fact that in Japan, they are named `pocky`. Mikado is the European version. So please don`t start dissing people for a (although non-argumented) statement that is actually true. Why they use Japanese markings? probably for marketing purposes. Have you ever ate sushi without something not-japan-related on teh cover, even though it was manufactured in your own country?
