actually lee-schizo, it would only be able to help people in wheelchairs that still had some muscle function. If you were completely paralyzed, the electrical signal from your brain would never reach the muscles in your legs, and thus the machine would not get the signals.

This is pretty damn incredible not only cuz it will help people more strength. but the machine works by reading electric pulses. It can help people that can't move on there own! someone who has been in a wheel chair all there life will be able to walk for the first time that is freaking incredible.
