Change second word "most" to "many" and I agree and it IS true. I have been there and it was my decision.

This statement is being misunderstood! Folks, volunteer your services! This is the way to learn and make a contribution. You will feel better about yourself. patticakes is 99.9 percent accurate.
As a rule, I only give money to "street people" if they are entertaining by busking in a way I admire. This to me is earning an income. They can do what ever they want with the money just like everybody else with a paying job does.
