Cops aren't supposed to make judgement calls like "there was no other traffic" because there might be a time where someone thinks there`s no one comming and there is. Or maybe a pedestrian wearing dark clothing. You can`t make those decisions, because you could cause someone else harm. HE BROKE THE DAMN LAW! Get over it you pathetic crusading for the little guy drats. Fight th government with a rally or something.
