Probably 30s or more, depending on road and tyre conditions.
The more powerful the car, the easier this is to do, as long as it has traction control fully disabled (or never had it in the first place) and is 2WD. The car isn't generating any forward force if the drive wheels are freely spinning, so no force is required to stop the car moving. You just need to be able to let go very quickly if it gets traction as a result of the tyres heating due to friction.
So the question is more one of how long the driver can keep the car wheelspinning for.
