This is exactly why Benjamin Franklin wanted the rattle snake, and not the bald eagle, to be the national symbol (and not the Turkey either.)

It's a bird. Not a freaking metaphor for poo. It`s nature. Nature is cruel. Just like the whale lets the birds or the dolphins to all the work before eating a huge bait ball of fish. The smart creature will always find a way to make their survival easier. Again, no metaphor for anything there. So stop looking.
