They're not as bad as some of the ones my seveteen year old uncle drew on himself. Know what I asked him when he showed me? "Are you brain damaged?"

#9 Isn't a bad tattoo - he is getting ready to get it covered up. He`s in the shop getting it done, the purple ink is the outline they apply before you get inked, tards.

yeah, pig skin is usually the practice canvas since it is rather cheap. But just as in any art field, there are good artists..... and bad. Really bad.

oh boy. these are bad. they probably weren't done by real tattoo artists. to answer the question: to become a tattoo artist, most of them find an apprenticeship, although some are self taught. they start off by practicing the drawings, then by tattooing it on fake skin or pigskin. when they are ready they need to tattoo something on themselves. next often, they tattoo on friends for free to build a portfolio or just to practice and to show they boss. after they`ve had all that practice and have the feel for real skin they are allowed to tattoo paying customers.
