Maybe he was trying to replicate the Schroedinger's Cat experiment. You don`t know whether or not the cat will get high or not until you put it in the bong and look at it to break down its wave function.
Still, pretty cruel. :( Why didn`t that asstard just blow the smoke in its face? I guess he was probably high, but still...

marijuana isn't poisonous to cats and dogs. I know chocolate is to dogs, but I`ve gotten pets high a few times and they just look stoned and eat. Weeds almost impossible to OD on even for small animals.
