When I asked him what would happen to the dog if he got the job then, he was stumped, he hadn`t thought of that. Then halfway through the (short now!) interview, he reaches into his bag and takes out a sandwich and starts eating while we talk, explaining he didn`t have time for lunch on the way. Guess what? I didn`t hire him.
